4 days of holiday left! before term 2 of my final year in uni kicks in. i wish i could "make the most of it", but i just came down with the flu. Not good. so i kinda have to be confined to the four walls of my dear house. i decided to revisit my poor neglected blog and update you poor readers who have probably already given up on me! i'm so sorry! know that i intend to work this blog a bit harder at the end of the year, because i am thinking of moving to wellington next year! just by myself! my mum kinda knows about my plan, but i'm not sure if she's talked to my dad about it yet. it's hard! since el's already moved out... but i guess i am 21 this year... and by the end of the year if i've finished my degree - it's pretty much the best time to focus on something new. so yes, i intend to use this blog to keep people updated on the haps with Kate on the southside of the North Island. if i do make it down there.

i honestly have no idea who reads this blog!! but i guess i should introduce you to my boyfriend! (still can't say that b-word properly!) we got together on the 16th of February this year. his name is Joshua Irving and he lives in wellington (yes.. that's sort of why i want to move to wellington :P). he's a bit of a geek, but in a cool way. he's a music geek, a sports geek, an English geek, an art geek... (by "geek" i mean he's passionate about all those things and knows a lot about them.) He studies art history, classics and literature and has almost as many facebook friends as i do. but unlike myself, he's lived in one place pretty much all his life. so i think taking that into account, he wins. :P but of course, the amount of facebook friends doesn't mean anything. i guess what it does tell you is that he's a bit of a social geek too! he's a really sweet boy, treats everyone with respect and doesn't discriminate! (well he'd better not, since his girlfriend is an asian! :P) but at the same time he's so aware of social dynamics and shares a similar sense of humour to me. he oozes positive vibes to the max! i've never met anyone more positive. but he still keeps it real - doesn't gloss over. he's super organized, super responsible and super capable. but most importantly he believes in Jesus and wants to bring glory to Him in whatever way he can! that's the best i could do for a non-mushy intro to the new boy in my life. ;) hope i can tell you more about the stuff we get up to together in the future.

okay. i have spent enough time blogging today. time to get onto my 3D modelling and animation assignment! stay tuned to beachbuggy! ;)
